Bid Manager -Herts - Public Sector Upto £70k + Package

The fundamental of there success is the encouragement to build long term + professional working relationships. They have a 90% rate of repeat business with most of their work negotiated.
Role: You will be working within a strong preconstruction team . Your background ideally will be within the public sector division . You will report into the PreConstruction Director and be expected to be an excellent relationship builder with clients.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in management of bid process from inception through to handover.
- Degree or equivalent
- Main contractor / Socail housing background
- Experience of projects over the value of £5million
- Well organised and efficient in nature
- Good communicator and team player
