Construction Manager (Infrastructure/Utilities)

As Construction Manager you will be responsible for all related matters from ground-up to completion of construction on some of the region’s most prestigious infrastructure and utility network construction projects.
Position essential requirements are:
• Ensuring that project completes within budget and master schedule.
• Maintains strong relationships with project stakeholders and all other key project participants.
• Proposes improved solutions and advice to Infrastructure, Utility Company and Plot Owners’ Consultants on any technical issues influencing construction.
• Observes site safety and insurance procedures and advises corrective action in accordance with KEO and industry standards.
• Maintains quality assurance and control of the works.
• Ability to effectively lead and mentor staff.
• Maintain general contract and subcontract documents.
Qualifications: BSc Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years overall post-graduate experience, including 8 years related to the construction and supervision of Infrastructure and Utility projects.
Membership of a professional association would be beneficial.
GCC or preferably Abu Dhabi infrastructure and utility construction management experience is preferred but not essential.
