Pre-Qualification & Bids Executive / Administrator
Michael McNamara continues to operate successfully in Ireland and as part of our growth plan we are actively seeking to further expand our profile in the UK market.
We currently have an immediate requirement for a Pre-Qualification & Bids Executive / Administrator with UK market experience to join our Dublin-based operation.
The Role
Complete, dispatch and record pre-qualification documentation and other relevant communications issued to public clients in a timely manner to 100% accuracy.
Search out, analyse and prepare reports / construction information to ensure early identification and tracking of new opportunities (Private, Public) in a concise format to a specified process.
This is a hands-on role that will require you to take individual ownership of the pre-qualification submission and carry out all aspects of accurately putting a pre-qualification bid together on your own initiative and bring it to successful completion.
About You
You will have a minimum 3 years experience from pre-qualification stage through to bid management with overall responsibility for successfully putting pre-qualification bids together for projects of €5M and greater, both here in Ireland and in the UK.
A quantity surveying background is not required but experience and an excellent understanding of pre-qualification & bid submissions delivery is an essential requirement.
Experience of direct interaction with UK decision makers would be a distinct advantage.
Key Skills and Competencies:

Experience of using In-Design would be a distinct advantage
