Project Director Riyadh
Our client is a leading Building main contractor based in the Middle East and involved in projects from $100Million-2Billion. They are just about to start a new mixed use development in Riyadh. The project includes towers reaching 30 storeys and a shopping mall. The project will last for 3 years. They have a requirement for an experienced Project Director to take full responsibility for the project.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or architecture. You will have a minimum of 20 years experience on large scale mixed use developments. You will have worked on high rise projects and be capable of managing this project from start to hand over.
You will have a full site team reporting to you including project managers, commercial mangers ,planning manger. You will be technically strong and have excellent leadership quality.
Previous experience in the Gulf Region would be of benefit. You will report directly to the Board and this is an excellent opportunity to move your career forward with a large international company.
