Responsibilities
•Provides clear direction to team members and distributes workload to capitalize on individual opportunities.
•Ensures site safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded.
•Ensures that the quality of materials and work meet or exceed standards identified in approval documents.
•Develops and updates the schedules and project plans.
•Achieves project schedule commitments within the financial targets.
•Develops control budgets for work and forecasts costs from the budgets.
•Maintains and tracks costs and billings and reports regularly on variances from expectations against the budget and schedule
•Solicits and Awards subcontracts for specific work scopes as required.
•Provides strong leadership to all project members; capitalizing on individual and group strengths
•Effectively manages the activities of sub-trades to completion
•Clearly defines expectations for all that are involved in the project.
•Ensures all documents used are complete and ensures all necessary reports are produced and circulated to appropriate individuals. Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
•Engineering Degree, Construction Management Degree or equivalent
•Experience in FMCG/Factory/Warehouse/Cold Stores/Office and Residential Construction
•A minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar direct managerial/supervisory role
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Ability to manage changing priorities within multiple phase projects and possess a track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.
•Excellent computer skills will be required

•Must be willing to relocate within the middle east
•Rotational site based position
