Our Perth based client, a leading civil engineering contractor, has an exciting opportunity for experienced Trade Qualified Fixed Plant Diesel Fitters to work on projects sites in Western Australia. Projects operate on a rotation schedule of 4 weeks on / 1 week off with excellent basic hourly + overtime rates + project site allowances! 457 visa's, flights + accommodation provided!

Our Client is a leading Australian contract mining and construction company with major projects throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and Africa. Employing more than 3000 people, Macmahon has played a major role in the delivery of many of Australia's largest multi-disciplinary mining and construction projects.
Job Description:
* Heavy plant maintenance and servicing
* Hydraulic diagnostics and repairs
* Heavy plant electrical diagnostics and repairs
* On and off-hire machine inspections
* Plant safety inspections
* Minor and major plant repairs
Experience Required:
* Minimum four years' experience within the civil construction or mining industries
* Trade qualification
* Experience with generator engines, engines for large machinery, pumps, drill-rigs, CAT, Cummings, Scania, Perkins, Hitachi and Mack are highly desirable.
* Must be prepared to work both day and night shifts across your roster
Salary and Benefits:
457 visa, flights + accommodation
Hourly rates AUD$36 - AUD$38
36 hour week (after 8 hours ordinary time)two hours time and a half and double time after that
Tool Allowance: $14.00 per week
Site Allowance: $5.10 per hour
R + R Accruals
Leading Hand Allowances
First Aid Allowances
Project Incentive Payment - depends on site but held in accrual. approx $27.86 per day. Paid out at end of project
Redundancy Payment - $ depend on site but held in accrual until termination of employment then paid out.
Over time penalties: Saturday: first two hours time and a half and double time after that.
Sunday: Double time all day
