Planners
Our client is a major Saudi Arabian main contractor involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the region. They would have currently a number of projects under construction with project values in excess of €1 billion. Projects undertaken would include high rise towers, mini cities, hospitals, airports and industrial developments.
They require in their planning department a number of planning engineers with experience with Primavera. The department is very multinational with a strong western influence including planners from the UK and Ireland.
You will require a construction/ civil engineering qualification with 3 -5 years experience in your field. No experience in the Middle East is required although it would obviously be beneficial. Our client is looking for candidates who show a positive approach towards professional development who have strong leadership and negotiating potential.
The company will offer a tax free salary and bonus along with allowances for accommodation and other expenses.
You will be required to:
Prepare fully logic linked and resource loaded programs for both pre construction and construction programs
Maintain schedules and incorporate monthly progress updates
Interact with discipline leads to obtain program updates and the development of cost and scheduling reports
Assess key milestone & critical path issues
Visit Sites to determine progress
The positions are of an urgent nature and offer a young planner experience on large scale projects.
