Project Manager High Rise
Our client has successfully won a large contract for a mixed use high rise project (50-60 storey’s) in Riyadh to the value of 1 billion SAR. They are now actively recruiting 3 No Project Managers.
This opportunity is to join an established main contracting company in the Middle East and in particular Saudi Arabia.
To be considered for the role, the client has outlined
1.A western experienced professional with over 15 years experience with an engineering degree in either civil or structural.
2.Current Project Management level responsibility on tower developments that are at least 60 storeys and ideally in the gulf.
3.Proven track record of working with a main contractor on tower construction from inception to completion.
Your main focus will be to deliver the project to programme, consternating on Time, cost and quality.
Main contracting experience background is essential and our client unfortunately will not consider consulting background project managers for this role.
