A specialist Sub-Contractor requires an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor for their busy office in Hampshire.
The Company:
Projects include education, health + commercial in both new build + refurbishment. This sub contractor specializes in drylining, ceilings and plastering and previous experience in these trades with be a distinct advantage.
The Candidate:
You will have 3 - 5 years experience and be able to carry out the usual surveying duties on your own reporting to the Commercial Manager. You must have previously worked for a Sub-Contractor or come from a trade background before getting into surveying.
This is a great opportunity where you will be given autonomy to make your own commercial decisions in an up and coming company.
