Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing - Suffolk upto £45k plus package U4421
A leading social housing construction, refurbishment and development company at the forefront of the major issues and innovations driving the industry are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.
This company has secured frameworks in the suffolk region so the work is guaranteed for at least 5 years.
The first of which is a £30 million Social Housing scheme.
They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Responsive Maintenance Team, working alongside the Senior QS. You will need social housing experience and be willing to work on a large project in a tight environment, taking on more responsibility than perhaps you have previously have. Ideal candidate will have a strong Social Housing background With Responsive maintenance experience.CANDIDATES MUST HAVE NHF SCHEDULE OF RATES IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE. Candidates without NHF experience need not apply.
