Engineering Manager - Riyadh
Our client a large and progressive Main Contractor based in Saudi are in the market for an Engineering Manger for a 2.5 billion SAR project Riyadh.
The project is the construction of an Information Technology & Communication complex
Consisting of
•4 office towers, 20 floors above ground and 5 basement floors
•Incubator Building 5 floors above ground and 2 basement floors
•E Library building 5 floors above ground and 2 basement floors
•Research and developments building 5 floors and 2 basement floors
•2 storey mosque with 2 basement floors
•5 storey recreation and health facility with 2 basement floors
•5 story government building with 2 basement floors.
This role would be ideal for an accomplished professional who feels they are unable to progress further due to limited options within their current role.
You will be responsible for all Engineering aspects of construction.
Successful applicants will have some of the following attributes:
•Strong man-management and people skills, having managed large multi million dollar projects.
•Strong customer relationship skills.
•Bachelors degree in Civil engineering/Architecture
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a prerequisite.
•High-rise and low rise construction experience.
•Middle Eastern experience a distinct advantage
Tax Free package
•45-55k SAR per month package including accommodation and car allowances etc (Neg)
•Full medical cover, (except dental and optical)
•Up to 3 months basic salary Tax free bonus (Directors Discretion)
•1 return flight per annum.
