Job Description:
Reporting to the President, you will function as a business partner with plant and financial management to effectively manage and control financial activities across AIC business units. Control activities under general accounting, payables, order entry, billing, cost accounting, bill of materials, business analysis, financial reporting and sales management. Will also liaison with corporate business staff, as required.

Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
2. Recommend and develop policies, procedures and systems to meet company objectives.
3. Responsible for internal controls across Divisions for operations, project management and finance.
4. Analyze and report current month's financial results to general managers of business units, and to corporate management in accordance with policies + procedures.
5. Submit all financial transactions, transmissions, and reporting on a timely and accurate basis.
6. Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Investigate and explain books to physical adjustments.
7. Perform audits of bills of materials to ensure product costs are accurate and accounted for properly. Report audit results monthly.
8. Ensure timely and accurate input of bill of material and price code changes.
9. Ensure bill of material and costing accurately reflect production operations across Divisions.
10. Maintain a perpetual inventory for finished goods and reconcile this perpetual to production, shipping, and delivery a daily basis.
11. Conduct formal meetings with operations, finance and project management personnel to discuss all business issues. Develop and publish a formal agenda and recap with actions to be taken.
12. Analyze potential excess and obsolete inventory items monthly.
13. Reconcile all inter-company accounts monthly.
14. Analyze internal controls to ensure assets are adequately safeguarded and results are accurately reported.
15. Assure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Policies (GAAP). Resolve questions of GAAP and internal controls with corporate financial management.

Requirements:
An experienced leader and financial executive with manufacturing experience preferably in steel structure field. An energetic, "straight shooter" with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A hands-on caliber with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically + organizationally savvy", and a team player. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills. A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor. An excellent negotiator who is experienced in managed care contracting.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent oriented degree.
* An MBA/ACCA, ACA, or CIMA certification would be a big advantage
* Ten to fifteen years related experience

Package:
Basic salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Tax Free)

Housing: SR.60,000 / ?11,000 p.a. - this covers a fully furnished apartment

Car Allowance: SR.12,000 / ?2,200 p.a.
Annual Bonus: SR.44,000 / ?8,000 (contingent on achieving personal + company objectives. Bonus will NOT be paid in prorated manners neither will it be part of the severance award)
